POLYMER IDENTIFICATION
We have capabilities to identify plastic materials for both before and after applying separation process.
POLYMER SEPARATION
We can separate commingled and contaminated plastics in pellet forms.
COLOR SEPARATION
We can separate pellets and regrind plastics of different colors (from batch blends, silos, containers, and manufacturing processes) and deliver usable polymers back to you.
METAL SEPARATION
We can separate pellets and regrind scrap containing a combination of ferrous metal and plastics. We can perform in-line separation procedures that achieve high levels of purity.
SIZE SEPARATION
We can separate pellets and regrind containing a combination of different size plastics (2mm & 3mm)
CONTAMINANT REMOVAL
We can separate contaminants (dirt, wood, gravel, metal, paper, etc.) from plastic pellets, and regrind.

All materials are quality sorted “as-is” and assured that all physical and chemical properties are intact with no change in it. The material has a better appearance and can be easily reused for the desired process.
