• Business Representative:                       FULL-TIME / ON-SITE

  We are looking for a Business Representative. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1-year of previous experience developing leads. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

  Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients
  • Report to the Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
  • You will also be responsible for general administration and other work as assigned.
  • You must be able to coordinate with warehouse employees regarding in-bound and out-bound of the materials.

  Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Business Representative or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Emails and a quick learner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • BS degree in relevant field

• Warehouse Associate/Worker:               FULL-TIME

  We are looking for a capable Warehouse Associate to support our company’s warehouse operations. You will receive, input, sort, load and unload products and you will perform various warehouse activities.

  Responsibilities

  • Process, package, weigh and ship orders accurately.
  • Organize stocks and maintain inventory
  • Inspect products for defects and damages.
  • Must be able to use hand tools such as metal strapping/banding, cutter.
  • Assist examining ingoing and outgoing shipments
  • Organize warehouse space
  • Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Check, verify and fill products and repair damaged boxes.
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures

  Requirements and Skills

  • Proven warehouse experience
  • Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
  • Team player with organizational skills
  • Ability to lift or move heavy products
  • High school diploma

• Warehouse Operator/Forklift Operator:   FULL-TIME

  We are looking for a careful forklift operator to move packages and material around our facility. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses and outdoor storage space. You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.

  Responsibilities

  • Unload/Load materials and merchandise from incoming/outgoing vehicles and stack them to assigned places.
  • Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
  • Weigh incoming and outgoing goods and keep records for BOL, Seal outgoing loads and keep record of it.
  • Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
  • Transport raw materials to process workstations and assist in machine operation
  • Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
  • Inspect equipment’s and record observations, such as weighing scale, air compressor, machine hours etc.
  • Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
  • Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
